The showpiece of the Nirwana Bali Resort is the beautifully designed and luxuriously finished 278-room Le Meridien Nirwana Golf & Spa Resort, which opened on November 14th, 1997. Set within the 100-hectare resort, the hotel offers its guests an exhilarating feeling of spaciousness and an affinity with the completely natural surrounding of rice terraces, lushly landscaped gardens and pools.

The prestigious Nirwana Bali Resort resides on prime location along Bali's magnificent south-west coast framed by volcanic mountain backdrops and breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. As Bali's first fully integrated resort development, Nirwana Bali combines world class golf and recreational facilities, exclusive residential villas and resort homes, as well as the five-star Le Meridien Nirwana hotel.

At Nirwana Bali Resort, it is the breathtaking vistas and completely natural ambience which set the development apart from the others and these exact same qualities also make Le Meridien Nirwana unlike any other resort hotel in Bali. Panoramic views from the hotel's lobby take in the crashing surf beyond, as well as the rice terraces which form a stunning backdrop to the entire resort.

The seat of Bali's mystical culture is just next door where the enchanting Tanah Lot sea temple, perched on a rocky outcrop, is dramatically set off against an orange-hued sky at dusk and can be viewed from the main areas of the hotel. In the guest rooms and suites, large balconies open out to reveal spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and surrounding greenery.

Hotel guests need not travel far to enjoy the rest of Bali's scenic splendours as the hotel is located within easy travelling distance from some of Bali's best known places of interest such as Ubud - a flourishing artist colony, the sacred Sangeh Monkey Forest, Mengwi Temple and the scenic Lake Brattan.

Our Golf and Garden View Deluxe rooms are spacious (44 sq. meters) and beautifully appointed with handcrafted furnishings and local fabrics. All rooms have private balconies which offer views of the 18 hole, 72 par, Greg Norman designed golf course or the lush landscaping of the gardens.
Bathrooms are spacious and include separate bathtub and shower and feature wooden shutters, providing views of the bedroom and beyond. King or twin beds rooms are available.

OCEAN VIEW DELUXE ROOMS
Our Ocean View Deluxe rooms are designed to the same specifications as our Garden and Golf view rooms, but offer spectacular views of the Indian Ocean from your balcony.

The hotel has 22 Executive Suites with either Garden or Ocean Views. Each has separate living rooms, guest bathroom. Rooms are available with King size bed only. (interconnecting rooms are available).

This spacious suite offers the ultimate in luxury, with over 228 square metres of living space. The suite features three entry doors for added security and privacy, dining room for 8 Ò 10, kitchenette, bar, guest bathroom, private office, walking closet, private balcony with views of the pool and Indian Ocean. A decor of understated elegance includes a rare collection of Balinese artifacts and furnishings. This king bedded suite also interconnects with an adjoining twin bedded room.

Our one and two bedroom bungalows have been designed in a classical Balinese style. Each unit provides spacious outdoor living pavilions, including dining table, day bed and private bar. Private plunge pools are standard, as are sun decks and over 250 sq. metres of living space and gardens (400 sq. metre for two bedroom bungalows). The decor is elegant and features Balinese wood carvings and traditional fabrics. All bungalows feature spacious bathrooms, walking closets, and outdoor showers. The perfect romantic hideaway. We offer 6 one bedroom and 6 two bedroom bungalows. (All two bedroom bungalow (feature 1 king and 1 twin).

The Nirwana Bali Luxury Villas are designed to peacefully co-exist with the Balinese landscape, providing you with gentle tranquillity and disturbed privacy. Each two story villa opens up to the cool sea breeze of the Indian Ocean and picturesque views of Bali's volcanic mountains and rice terraces. With Balinese style reflected in the private garden and pool, every villa captures the
artistic heritage of this island paradise, yet without sacrificing modern amenities like full telecommunication links, 24 hour security, satellite TV access and a private power supply on the resort.

The exclusive villa residences are situated to provide the most spectacular and panoramic views imaginable. The planners and architects have taken exceptional care to optimise the views from each villa and have provided several superb design alternatives to take full advantage of each unique location. Each villa is set within its own grounds complete with private gardens and plunge pool. A primary feature of all the villas is the roofed but open sided pavilion ideal for enjoying those balmy Balinese evenings. Each villa design provides three bedrooms and a spacious airy lounge and a dining room set close to the kitchen. An integral garage and separate maid's quarters are also featured.
