The elysian a new villa resort has opened in bali in october 2005 the property consists of 26 private pool villas and resort facilities located in the heart of seminyak balis most fashionable neighborhood. the elysian recognizes the trend for affordable luxury without compromise we offer a level of design attention to detail and service normally associated with exclusive 5 star properties at a more reasonable price point. our aim is to focus on the experience of staying to make every experience positive and pleasurable whether its making a reservation spoiling yourself from the mini bar borrowing a pre loaded ipod or simply chilling out in your villa we want the experience to be special. the design of the elysian captures a modern asian look following traditional rules in terms of scale and proportion whilst introducing a contemporary ambience and sense of style. casual and comfortable its about elegance without ego and a layered journey of discovery for those who care to let their senses guide them.a great deal of thought and planning has gone into creating a property that not only looks and feels great but works from an ergonomic perspective too.each of our 26 private pool villas are generously sized at 140 square meters with 70 square meters of indoor space and 70 square meters outdoors all villas feature the following:the bedroom of each villa is configured either with a built in king or twin beds using the finest king koil mattresses and linens both goose down and dacron foam pillows are available.a free standing room divider conceals a television facing the bed the other side is a double wardrobe which faces two full height sliding mirrored doors to the bathroom. the bedroom opens directly onto the sun deck and pool through 3 meter high sliding wood framed glass doors with blackout curtains. each villa has an 8x3 meter pool bordered on two sides by a lush planter and on the villa side by a timber sundeck. the deck which is left natural to age and weather accommodates two sun loungers and a square tree planter with a frangipani or coral tree to provide some natural shade.bedrooms and lounges have both air conditioning and ceiling fans so they can be enjoyed fully open and fan cooled during the day or enclosed and air conditioned at night.
